Willing to negotiate a single job (entailing many of the work items below) for a single fee; this is for work that is not on going or require monthly charges (e.g., monthly site calendar). I will require access (login) to your domain server in order to push (ftp) pages to your site.
A Quick Start Site: This includes a simple home page and up to 2 additional simple pages linked in. This is a good way to get something on your site (domain) quickly. At the very least you want your contact and location information on your site ASAP.	$110 (a $135 value)
New Simple page to site. This is a very simple plan page (i.e., w/o commerce, w/o slide shows (JavaScripts), no CSS, etc.). Can contain links to other pages; Links for email addresses; For example Dances with Wools home page	$45.00 / simple page
Per Page Update: Simple edit(s) and push (or ftp) to your site server. This is for simple edits like: new banner, changes to text on a page, calendar changes. New Class Description Details Added to a Category Page: Add a new class description “block” to an existing category. For example, see any of the classes listed on the Chain Maille at Studio 34 category page. Customer supplies class information data to me in my pre-defined specific table format.	$10.00
JavaScript Drop Down Menu: User clicks and choices “drop down” for them to pick from. Clicking choice jumps to link for that choice. For example, see the top of the Chain Maille at Studio 34 category page where it says “more class types here...” This is a one time charge per drop down menu; The menu can be used on any number of web pages at no additional charge.	$10.00 / menu
e commerce using PayPal: a shopping cart link on pages. For each item (e.g., class) that a user wants to purchase an “add to cart” link is required. Addition of a page for transaction complete and one for transaction canceled included in this initial setup charge. User will see the custom files if they cancel or complete a transaction. Assumes PayPal account already set up.	$35.00 initial setup charge + $1.00 per each item/service that customers would “add to their shopping cart”
Picture Taking of Products: Must be local to Rochester, NY unless wilting to ship (at your expense) items to me to be photographed and shipped back.	$30/hour $15 minimum
Image resizing for web: Things like: generate thumbnails for slide shows, correct image fit & size per page.	$1.00 / image
Bulk Emailing: You supply email message, images, and email addresses. Three e-mailings through out the month; Charged based on the number of addresses sent too. Add $5/message over the limit of 3 / month. You supply images and text for your message to me electronically. Address sent to me electronically too (Excel or comma separated list, or ask) I will just use a service like Constant Contact to do your bulk emails. They cover the overhead of bad email addresses (message bounce backs); allowing user to be removed or added to mailing lists; etc.	0-500 Addresses : $22.50/month 501-2,500 Addresses: $45/month
Image Editing: Adjust for web: crop, enhance colors, edit backgrounds, and other simple fixes (like remove dust spots)...	$3.00* / image * Extensive (time consuming) edits will cost more and be negotiated on a case by case basis. .
Restructure and cleanup site for maintainability (rename files to have meaningful names, directory structure, remove unused files, add generic “page not found”, ... ). This includes site testing (e.g., will site break if JavaScript is turned off?)	These changes are ongoing. $15 / month Or get a negotiated estimate for this work on the fly.
